Parenting toward the Kingdom
Two workshops on:
Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 – afternoon
Come listen to Dr. Philip Mamalakis, renowned author of the best-selling Orthodox book, Parenting toward the Kingdom.  Father of seven children, family therapistandprofessor at Holy Cross Seminary, Dr. Mamalakis will share time tested techniques for parenting with loving discipline.  He offers practical advice on loving and guiding our children through the challenges that life throws our way…all with the focus of teaching them to love God.  If you are a parent, a grandparent, a Godparent, you need to be there!  Don’t learn about it after-the-fact!
Youth Worker Workshops
Two workshops on:
Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 – afternoon
Led by the talented Anna Kallis and her team at FaithTree, this is a session for anyone who works with youth!  We will be discussing how to create safe spaces for our youth, how to be able to receive and manage tough questions, how to build deep and meaningful relationships with teens, and laying the framework for tougher conversations.  Teen Soyo advisors, Young Adult advisors and Clergy will benefit from these sessions!
Teen SOYO Retreat
Two workshops on:
Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23 – afternoon
Get ready for two fun-filled workshops with the talented FaithTree team as they present their latest program, The Relationship Project.  A workshop that has received fabulous reviews from Orthodox teens, college students and young adults, the Relationship projects gets to the heart of understanding who we are in Christ.  Spend time with your friends from around the region as Amal, Julie and a host of outstanding youth workers talk about how our faith affects our everyday life!
YAM Retreat

Spend time with many Orthodox Young Adults exploring elements of our faith as they relate to your everyday life.  The Relationship Project also speaks to our Young Adults and these sessions will be tailored to you what is happening in your life.  Spiritually enriching and fun, these sessions should be on your PLC to-do list!  Do miss out!
Spirituality and Life
One workshop on:
Thursday, June 21 – afternoon
Join us for a spiritual session by Mother Gabriella, the Abbess at Holy Dormition Monastery in Rives Junction, MI. Mother Gabriella will lead us on a journey into the Orthodox Spirituality and will practically link spirituality with our daily tasks in life. If you are looking for a spiritual, uplifting and encouraging talk, this will be the session to attend. Bring your family and learn how to lead a life full of joy, peace, and hope.
Christian Education
One workshop on:
Saturday, June 23 – afternoon
If you are an educator, Sunday School teacher or just interested in Christian education, please join Robert Snyder, who has been the Christian Education Coordinator for 20 years, with over than  35 years as a teacher, adviser and instructor in Adult Christian Education. Robert authored many interim curriculum pieces for the Orthodox Christian Education Commission, as well as the high school text, Celebrations: Feasts and Holy Days.
