  • 11:00 a.m. Group-­led stretch & Tea Break (Comfortable clothing encouraged)
  • 11:30-1:00 p.m.* “Addressing Emotional, Social, Physical, & Spiritual Pain” Dr. Charles Makhoul, D.O., Staff Anesthesiologist at Bronson Hospital
  • 1:00-2:00 p.m. Lunch
  • 2:00-3:30 p.m.* “Self Care­- Exploring our Balance” Karyl Debruyn, RN at Spectrum Health Healthier Communities
  • 3:30 p.m. Closing remarks, Evaluations
