Part I: We’re All Infected, but We’ll All be OK

While the world is fixated on Covid-19, another pandemic, that of depression, rages much more fiercely, devastating many lives. While the world might offer some relief through medicine and therapy, depression and despondency are at their heart spiritual diseases. While we might think we’re immune, understanding the symptoms of this spiritual illness shows that we’re all infected, to one degree or another. But we have hope, as the Church has the cure for this devastating disease. In the coming installments of the series we will explore the healing practices that protect us from despondency.
